India has produced several successful entrepreneurs in a variety of sectors. Some of them went on to achieve great heights and won numerous accolades and awards during their journeys. The managing heads of these firms not only cemented these firms as the leading organizations in their respective sectors but also brought some of the most prestigious international brands to India. Today, we will look at the journey of one such individual who not only established a leading brand in the global market but also brought 16 different international organizations under the same roof. He is regarded as the most successful personality in the Indian men’s pageant industry and goes by the tag of ‘the Mr. India maker of the country’.

He is the international award-winning pageant director and is responsible for associating the Mr. India competition with 16 different global brands. He is one of the leading pageant experts in the world and the vice president of India’s biggest male pageant – Rubaru Mr. India; he is Pankaj Kharbanda.

Today, Rubaru Mr. India is regarded as the world’s biggest and most successful national-level pageant for men. Established in the year 2004, it is also one of the oldest male pageants in the world.

Along with producing some of the most handsome male pageant winners in the world, this organization also wears the crown of the national pageant that is associated with the maximum number of international pageants across the globe. The eminent list of global brands associated with the Rubaru Mr. India competition includes Mister Earth International, Caballero Universal, Mister National Universe, Mister Model International, Mister International, Mister Global, Mister Star Universe, Mister Grand International, Mister Tourism World, Mister Fashion Model, Mister Pacific Universe, Best Male Model of the Universe, Mister Friendship International, Mister Heritage International, Mister Glam International and Mister Model Worldwide.

While many old and well-established pageant organizations in India lost one after the other renowned international pageant franchises in recent times, Rubaru Mr. India remains the only Indian pageant organization that witnessed an increase in their international associates and partnerships, year after year, making the count stand at 16 in March 2023. While some big organizations are struggling to manage just 2 or 3 international franchises that they are left with, after losing most of their international partners, Pankaj Kharbanda remains the only pageant director in the world who is single-handedly managing 16 different international pageant franchises.
